Regarding Recent Issues with Patreon Discord Roles
🕑 Added 2023-03-17 13:00:57 +0000 UTCHello!
Recently, some people on my Discord server have lost their roles for channel access due to a recent update on Patreon's bot removing patron roles I've manually assigned so far.
So, I'm quickly making an announcement to tell you that you can regain access to the roles and channels by simply connecting/reconnecting your Discord account to your Patreon account and the bot will assign you the role automatically. You can do so by going to Settings > More > Connected apps > Discord > Connect on your Patreon account. If that still doesn't work, please let me know and I'll look for alternative solutions.
As long as you have your Discord connected, the bot should work as normal. If you already have access and can still see the channels normally then no further action's needed, as this issue only seems to happen to those whom I've assigned roles manually. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Cheers,
StygianRook
