One whole month of 2024 gone already? Time is going by way too fast!
But let's kick February off with some flavorful pasta!
I'd say this meal probably takes less than 30 minutes to make, so if you are crunched for time, this is a good one to have on deck.
One of the reasons it's so easy to make is there's no meat to cook. But, if you want to bump up the protein, some grilled chicken would go great in it.
The bag of peppers & onions shown in the video is a 20 ounce bag, but I only used 10 in this recipe and 10 in another recipe that will be posted soon. But if you want to increase the amount of veggies in this one, you can definitely use the whole 20 ounce bag.

The ingredients call for 16 oz cottage cheese but the instructions say to use 15oz. Is this correct?

I do not own one but most of my crockpot recipes can be done in the instant pot. There are some websites that provide conversion times 👍
