The last orzo recipe I posted on TikTok was a huge hit. It really is one of my favorite recipes.
So I have been wanting to do another one for a while. And now, I think this one may have taken the crown from the last recipe.

I wonder if this would work cooking the chicken in an air fryer? I bought the chicken last week, cut it up and marinated it but then I froze it. Might be easier to just pop it into the air fryer frozen

I finally made this tonight ( first time making orzo), and it was deliciousssss...I think i will also add shrimp next time and maybe throw in some sun dried tomatoes and artichokes.

Delicious! I ad to do some modifications since I was trying to use up what I had at home and, lets be honest, I was too lazy to go to the store. I ended up using canned spinach and I left out the feta because I didn't have any. Still turned out wonderfully and I will definitely make this again. Works well for work lunches because it won't be smelly when I reheat it. Thank you for making this recipe.
