This....recipe....is....amazing!
This was actually something I kind of threw together in my head, not really knowing how it would turn out.
So I went into the kitchen, played around with some seasoning mixtures, and now I really think this is one of my new favorite meals!
I'm really hoping everybody tries this one and gives me some feedback.
And if you like this one, be sure to try the One Pot Parmesan Chicken & Rice that was posted here in May 2023. It has a very similar texture, and it's one of my favorites as well :)

If you are trying to get to 50grams of protein would I just simply double to meat quantity?
I actually made the One Pot Parmesan Chicken and Rice for my meal prep this week. What a coincidence!
