First pasta recipe of 2024, and it's a flavorful one!
Believe it or not, after hundreds of recipes posted here, this is the first time I'm using canned chicken.
If you're not a fan of canned chicken, don't worry. You can easily use precooked chicken of any kind, including a shredded rotisserie. I decided to use canned chicken only because it's simple, convenient, and it is a piggy back off of the Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe that was posted a couple of weeks ago.

My lunch for this week and it’s delicious! I add sauted onions and 2 strips of bacon and added broccoli.

Sooooo good! I did use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese and rotisserie chicken instead of canned. I also added spinach and onion 😋

Loved this one! First time using canned chicken too! I will use a bit less hot sauce as it was a bit too much for some family members, but perfect for me 😁. For those saying it was too dry. I’ve experienced that before in other recipes and feared it in this one too, so I added a little bit of the pasta water to the cottage cheese and sauce mix to thin it out. Seems to have done the trick!
This is very good but also very dry the next day. What should I do about that?
Winner winner, chicken dinner! I basically found all the same ingredients at my super Target. By far the quickest recipe I've made of yours and easy to pull together. Im so excited for lunch tomorrow! Love the idea of store specific meals and what else to purchase there!
We liked this one better than the Buffalo Crack pasta!
