FREEBIE! (INTERIOR PROJECT FILE)

As much as I love Redshift, I do find that it can be a little tricky to get good lighting for interiors - it can sometimes take some tweaking to get things to look right, particularly if you're just relying on the Redshift Sun & Sky rig.
This scene is the result of me fiddling with settings and parameters to get what I think is a pretty good, soft lighting setup.
I want to share this file with you guys and hopefully it will be interesting to dive in and see what's going on under the hood.
What I found made the most difference was to turn down the intensity of the sun/sky rig and then compensate for the lack of light by increasing the exposure and clamping highlights in the RS post-fx. This gives you a bright look whilst keeping the balance between sun/sky nice and soft.
I think it may be useful for you guys to see me build something like this from scratch so you can get an insight into how I tackled it, so if that is something you want to see from me, just let me know in the comments :)

I hope you find it useful!

I would DEFINITELY love to see this built! This is something i've been trying to achieve for a while, now, and it's really tricky. This looks great!
Yes, would love to see this as a tutorial! Thanks Ross.
