Yeah that's the problem i had, that it looked too painful I think i sort of figured out a way, I made her carry long boxes she uses to hide her penis and act as if she's carrying a package

only thing i can think of would be her trying to hide it in her shirt; trying to push the head down as it pokes out of the neck hole while the shaft bulges outward under her shirt. though i feel like at this size that wouldn't work without causing a painful looking bend in the penis....
