I have a terrible confession to make: I’m one of five people on this planet who thinks Aiden wasn’t a bad protagonist. XD Overall, I had a lot of fun with the first Watch Dogs and felt it had a good variety of missions. When I played Legion I got bored after a few hours and never touched it again. Everything just felt so generic and repetitive. In my eyes the play as everyone feature was a big mistake. They should’ve used Shadow of Mordor/War as example and have one main protagonist with a defined personality and have the recruit-able NPCs accompany you during missions instead.

I'm kind of surprised you didn't bring up Heat Signature when talking about the legion mechanics, since it also has a mechanic of procedurally generated rebels with their own quirks and which can relate to your actions and other characters. Any particular reason why not? Was it just a slip of the mind?

Given the topic of Ubisoft games and Watchdogs as a whole, would you say your opinion on Watchdogs 1/2 have drastically changed since your initial videos on them? If not, have you ever retroactively had a more/less positive opinion on a game due to later entries in the series?
