Evidently they changed some financial stuff so the missing payments are on them, and I will be contacting them about the missing payments.

Yeah, I'm sorry. There was an issue with my paycheck last pay period so for about 3 weeks there was -$3.29 In my bank account. I've fixed it todah, it was all my employer's fault.

Ah, it happens when a company changes APIs. It's a pain in the ass, but it helps with fraud. When I had to do for my company we had to send out a massive email to help them update their bank info. Lol

They changed their payment verification location from I think the US to Ireland so many Banks, in doing their job to protect against fraud, rejected the charges. Hope it gets fixed soon!

I'm glad they'll at least be trying to make you whole. After that bank Etsy was using failed I'm surprised this isn't happening more often. Keep on them though.

Honestly their app is super disappointing too. It's slow af and it won't let me do the same things the browser allows me to, but it's literally the ONLY way they allow me to access Patreon when I'm out.

That sucks so bad. I bet you anything the upgrades were supposed to have zero impact to end users. Tech payments companies have the worst customer advocates. I wasn't aware of this, but my company does stuff like this all time. It's such a pain.
