Road Map Update
🕑 Added 2021-05-11 17:01:01 +0000 UTCWorld Building Course:
I was suppose to start this already but had a wonderful project land in my lap so I'm putting it off until July through August. It should take a few weeks to write all the articles, record & edit videos, and then load everything up to my website. I will post each article/video in lesson order as I have them ready instead of waiting until I have everything done. I've already got a few lessons up on my website (accessible by Surveyors & up) so we're off to a good start.
New Original Characters:
The Wandering Mistress & Rue the Cartographer were a HUGE hit and I thank you all for helping make them possible! It was an amazing experience to work with various other creators and I'm completely inspired to continue making them! I'd love to include my Pirate Queen, Junonia Darkreef, captain of the Bloodwake as an NPC and possible baddie for anyone's sea faring adventures. I will be redrawing her lair island, making a map of her ships (yes, she has more than one!), creating her crew, and working on her backstory! By the time I'm done, we should have everything you need to add her & her crew to a campaign.
I am also working on my airship caption, Jules Olivia Doonagan (some of you who have been with me a while might remember that name) and her crew flying The Morrigana. She too will come with a full crew, ship plans, backstory, character sheets, & unique items.
Just like Rue & the Wandering Mistress, items and character sheets will be available for all to access on D&D Beyond and as PDFs. Maps will be for sale in the shop (free to patrons depending on the variant & your pledge level).
Taverns Get Renovations:
Similar to how I am working on the new characters, I'll be including my tavern signs in the mix! I'll be redrawing the signs, creating floor plans, adding owners & employees, providing some in-tavern events, & even some regulars to give you a ready-to-play scenario!
Each tavern will have unique "local dishes" depending on the biomes they are from along with tidbits of local lore/gossip and even games you can play in them!
Other projects that should bring me to the end of the year:
- Skyrim anniversary redraw - This will be picked back up after this current NDA project is finished and between creating World Building lessons.
- Patron commission - This was started before I closed them last and I really wanted to finish it. I am also going to start streaming it in Discord after I'm done with the current NDA project.
- TMSoSC - Once I get a good amount of cartographers listed on the site, I'll also be adding scriveners (writers in the TTRPG community). It will just be a bit because it's only me doing this at the moment.
- Rue Adventuring Company - On this site I want to collect all those amazing prompt writers out there! I love people who post adventuring prompts to inspire DMs so that's what I want to turn that site into. Even if it's just a directory on where to find them would be cool. I also have a few things I want to writer on there as well that will just be for fun.
Assuming there's any time left after that, we'll start diving into next year's projects (to be posted if/when we get there).

Sounds great! I'll definitely be on the lookout for that info, then.
I'm not quite ready to start collecting those names yet and will write up a post about what I'm looking for and how to submit your info when I get that far. :D

This all looks amazing, Rue! I'm really interested in the Adventuring Company prompts and would love to know more of what you're looking for there in the way of information needed to be included as a prompt. I don't draw good at all, but my writer self thinks creating prompts might be an amazing way to keep creative and share ideas with others while I'm doing it!
