You deserve an answer but I don't yet have one. There are obstacles to that I need to consider. I will put out paperbacks, which will be 1/2 price of the hardbacks. The book is still in beta, and the hardbacks are for collectors and people who just can't wait and don't mind typos and errors, or want to help clean up the books a bit.
