Here is a very WIP graphic that is part of "How to cope with Rejection Sensitivity". It's probably repeating some points by now, but felt it was handy to have it seperately written out and easy to share with loved ones. Reading ya'lls comments, I feel like these are some of the most common comments we get to hear - that can still upset us today.
I just remembered a few situations from the last few days, and I really need to add "Can you take this seriously please?" ugh. Additionally to that, would you like to have a spare to be able to fill in your own personal nightmare comment?
I'll also aim to finish a video with an insight into how I work and a look at my workplace soon! (I just need to shake that horrible anxiety of talking and constantly forgetting what I was about to say *sobs*).

Related to “only talk about yourself” is “STOP INTERRUPTING!” I especially struggle with this one because it’s not always (often) clear to me that I’m interrupting more than others. I also just get so excited or feel so connected that I end up jumping in on a sentence with an attempt to finish it. Which angers people, especially when I’m wrong. Also “get to the point”. I honestly don’t know how to tell a story without sharing all the details. I’m incapable of distilling it down verbally. People get impatient and are constantly annoyed with me.
