How do I know if I have ADHD? (early access)

First off, I'll be streaming regularly (irregularly?!) a few more times, so if I haven't drawn you yet, I'll try to get to it!
And here's the preview for the next comic! I've gotten asked "How do I know if I have ADHD?" so often that I wanted to make a graphic. I focused on the things that were important to me and the things that I later realized shouldn't have been as much of a problem as they were, rather than focusing on the things you typically hear over and over again like "hyperactivity".
I hope to create a bit more understanding of what ADHD can be besides fidgeting and give those people who doubt themselves because they might not be as hyperactive to have the bravery to look into ADHD anyway!
Hyperactivity is quite a complex topic and affects us (yes, even the inattentive types) more subtly than most people think. So, I'm planning to make a seperate graphic just on that!

This is such a smart idea! I usually find it difficult to put into words what I’m going through, or even sometimes forget to mention all of my symptoms to doctors and realize so when I get home. These comics have always resonated with me, and been able to explain what I’m feeling when I cannot! Thanks for this recommendation!

This is really wonderful - when I approached my psychiatrist in earnest about my symptoms (after I “passed” an adhd screening test), I printed out quite a few of your comics and some tests from (legitimate) medical pages, and was like “why do I relate to these symptoms and experiences so much more than general depression and anxiety?”, and it REALLY helped him understand where I was at the time. If I had this too it would have been even better! I think if people use this responsibly to start conversations with their doctors, it could be a really great tool.
