I'd love to see your insight on the subject! For me sleep is a game of chance. Sleeping doesn't necessarily mean rest and sometimes I go full weeks without sleep :/

I haven’t but I should do. I more often than not need around 2hrs to fall asleep and my rhythm is a constant 10am-2am, no matter how hard I try to get up earlier >:(
