Executive Dysfunction Comic (complete introduction to it)
"Executive Dysfunction" (EDF) is often used synonymous with what we experience when we can't get up and get started, but that's actually only one of the "symptoms" included in the cluster of EDF. (Putting symptoms into "" because not all of those are official ADHD diagnose criteria, e.g. the emotional dysregulation.)
I'm working on a graphic detailing everything you need to know about EDF and I'm hoping to explain it entirely from scratch, so that you can share it with people who don't know anything about ADHD and they'd still understand it!
I'm quite struggling with the layout right now. I want to have as little text as possible but because it's such an in-depth topic, I'm fighting hard to lower the word count without turning the sentences factually wrong by omitting facts.
I will be making a graphic on each "symptom", so for example one on "Time Distortion" (Time Blindness), one on Short-term memory, Emotional dysregulation (Rejection Sensitivity) and so on. (I'm just not sure how I can split comics into postable chunks because finishing all of these at once will be hell, but on the other hand, I hate posting comics that don't have *all* the info. Ghngng)
I've sketched down visual metaphors for most of them already, but finalizing text and graphics to make sure it's easily understandable is going to take some time!

In other news, my plush got released for pre-order today! (I totally didn't forget that it was today and had the company e-mail me to ask me if I forgot...)
I would've never thought that I'd ever have something like merchandise, let alone a PLUSH?? Plushies are such a huge deal to me, like, wow. I thought people would hate me if they knew how much I struggled in life, but instead, I got a plushie. I'll need a week to process those emotions haha.

I've also prepared a little graphic on how I organize my work place for my ADHD for yall! Would you be interested in something like this in future? How I manage cooking with ADHD or cleaning up? Or a daily routine?
One-panel-comics
I'm always thinking about how to make ADHD information more accessible, and I've been thinking...I could do "comics" that are just one image like the one below. Ideally, describing one specific thing that people often don't know stems from ADHD. I'll be taking some time this week to draw as many of these down as possible, but I was wondering if there was a topic you'd love to have as one of these? Something you wish you could show to your loved ones so they understand one peculiar thing you often do? Or one problem they just don't seem to be able to empathize with? Because I do want to make those in order to help people communicate after all, not just for jokes. Though jokes are fun.
Patreon extras?
Now that I've finished some work on the book, (and postponed studying...) I want to take more time to make patreon content. I was wondering if there is something you'd really like to see? There could be weekly livestreams where I sketch something..maybe Alien portraits? Or would you like to get more insight on specific topics? Or drawing tutorials?
And lastly, I just want to tell you all how thankful I am to be getting this much and heartwarming support. I haven't been feeling too well emotionally lately because of some private stuff going up in flames. But every time I'm feeling really bad, I get a super sweet DM and I instantly ease up on beating myself up and just...feel better.
