I love this so much. 🥰 I also got diagnosed since starting to work from home and you just made me realize just how much there is to it. Thank you!

Needed this so much right now. My sleep and hygiene routines are garbage because I either feel like there’s “no time” or I “don’t deserve to relax/rest” because I haven’t accomplished enough. I’m glad I’m not alone ❤️

It's so great to see this. I have struggled with working from home for years, and my ex (we're still friends, I'm not blaming her) would tease me all the time about how rubbish I was for getting nothing done at home. It was only when I started talking to people about a possible adhd diagnosis that I realised I was setting myself up to fail by even trying to work from home. I worked with a work coach to plan my out of office days in libraries or cafes - so that got squashed as soon as the pandemic hit! Now I rent an office and although I'm still in a room on my own all day, I have people coming and going around me, a cafe downstairs... even just leaving the house makes a huge difference. Thank you for crystallising it all in a comic!

I'm finding that the ongoing stress from the pandemic and election season in the US makes it *really* difficult to reign in my ADHD. And I'm medicated! >.< One of the saving graces of working from home for me is that if I get overstimulated, I can go sit somewhere quietly or even take a short nap. It's a struggle, for sure. Thanks for working on this and sharing it - it's so comforting to know that I'm not the only one, and you do such a brilliant job of explaining things with your comics! :D

I truly resonate with this, especially with the coping skills and such. Also, and I don’t mean to sound like a bother when I say this, you might’ve missed an a in colleagues.

I really identify with the hopeless feeling when coping strategies stop working! Like, I know logically why they don't work as well, but emotionally I can't wrap my head around it, and it must mean I'm a failure or something
