Working on a lot of RSD / Emotion stuff and the book pitch!
🕑 Added 2020-01-08 14:21:01 +0000 UTCHey! So the holidays were exhausting but still kind of relaxing and a much needed break. To be honest, at the moment I’m pretty nervous about the book pitch.
I’ll be working on making a 25?page pitch to send to publishers so hopefully i can get a real printed comic out soon :) but the thoughts about being just a clueless idiot started popping up. „Who gave you the right to talk about such stuff?“ „They’re going to see you’re just an idiot“. Pretty harsh, I know. I’m working on it and it really helps reminding myself of all the positive support I get. So, I just gotta focus on my experiences and write them down. I’ll try to be a bit less on social media so I will stop thinking about what others think and just —- tell my story. Even if it’s super embarrassing sometimes.

Page 3, trying to come up with a layout where I can have an element going over all panels. It’s about forgetting things :)

No idea if this is interesting but I got two blackboards to organize all comics! (Yes this is just my living room used as a studio)
Book stuff!! Top sketch will be the Cover (for now), and some character concepts for the pitch
I also have to draw a self portrait for the pitch and I always hate doing that. Nothing ever feels like me, if that makes sense. I like the drawing, but not sure if that’s really representing me, hmm
I should be able to upload comic WIPs soon :)

I'm looking forward to the book and to the RSD comic. These comics are so useful! I've been using them to explain to mybosses and coworkers about my symptoms! Also, I had never heard of RSD until I saw your work. Yeah, I might have RSD myself.... I wish you luck and I'm rooting for you!
