Dealing with Fears
🕑 Added 2021-03-19 18:44:25 +0000 UTCWe all have fears in our lives, things that scare us for reasons we don't understand. This video is designed to help you overcome your fears. It's ok to take it slowly and only do a little bit at a time, and if you have questions feel free to ask me.
I do need to note that there is a difference between a fear, and a phobia. Only a Doctor (psychologist, or psychiatrist) can diagnose a phobia, but if you have a fear that is hindering your normal day to day life then please see a doctor, they will be able to help you!
This video was a request, if you have a request you'd like to see made into a video let me know! HypnoXP@gmail.com
Remember, all hypnosis is self hypnosis. You have all the power, I'm simply showing you how to use it. You can easily ignore any suggestion you do not like, and if you need to wake up at any time simply open your eyes and deal with whatever you need to deal with. If you wish to return to trance when you are done, simply take a deep breath, close your eyes, and allow yourself to relax back into trance.
Special thanks to my Mesmerized and Enthralled level Patrons!
