ME Explains: Solar Eclipses & NEW ECLIPSE APP!
🕑 Added 2024-04-04 02:38:50 +0000 UTCOver the last year, we at MinuteEarth and MinutePhysics have had the privilege of working with NASA's Heliophysics Education Activation Team make a series of videos about the awesomeness of solar eclipses. Here they are, all seven of them!
Watch the video here on Patreon, or on Youtube at this link: https://youtu.be/wshkH64xDac?si=y7EsjLDnqYVSyN0b
*AND we have a very exciting soft launch of our new app ready exclusively for our patrons! It's called ECLIPSE EXPLORER from MinuteLabs, and it allows you to view realistic solar eclipses from the surfaces of different planets in our solar system. We worked with NASA to make sure the data for the moon sizes, atmospheres, and more, were accurately represented, and the result is truly a beautiful experience. Go be the first to play and learn here, and let us know what your favorite eclipse sights are! https://minutelabs.io/eclipses
We're looking forward to sharing some behind-the-scenes from building the app over the last year with you soon. Check out some fun screen grabs in the attachments below :)
We couldn't do any of this without your support. Thank you so much!
