NEW VIDEO: How To Name A Disease (Like COVID-19) [+ new caption contest!]
🕑 Added 2020-03-20 03:40:05 +0000 UTCWe’ve changed - and standardized - the way diseases get named because the old way was often stigmatizing and confusing.
You can watch the video here: https://youtu.be/6xsQwTgwcFM
Plus, congratulations to Valentin on winning this video's caption contest! 🎉Make sure to stick around to the end of the video to see it.
Below is the image for the next contest. To play, comment with a caption. (Propose as many captions as you’d like, but one caption per comment please.)
As before, we’ll pick our favorite caption and show it at the end of an upcoming MinuteEarth video. We'll also credit the winner on screen and send you a super-limited-edition not-sold-in-stores MinuteEarth tote bag.
Thanks - and looking forward to your captions! 🐽🌏
