NEW VIDEO: Why Don't More Animals Eat Wood? (+ new caption contest!)
🕑 Added 2020-03-07 02:35:20 +0000 UTCWood is abundant and full of energy, but outside of some insects, almost no animals eat it because the stuff it's made of is hard to break down.
You can watch the video here: https://youtu.be/vgRDaemJA1o
Plus, congratulations to Maarten Daalder on winning our first caption contest! πMake sure to stick around to the end of this video to see it.
Below is the image for the next contest. To play, comment with a caption. (Propose as many captions as youβd like, but one caption per comment please.)
As before, weβll pick our favorite caption and show it at the end of an upcoming MinuteEarth video. We'll also credit the winner on screen and send you a super-limited-edition not-sold-in-stores MinuteEarth tote bag.
Thanks - and looking forward to your captions! π²π
