Yes, that's right. You're going to let yourself get so desperate that you have to potty dance. Make sure that you are still comfortable, and only get as desperate as you can handle. If it gets too uncomfy, just go ahead and wet yourself earlier than planned :) Remember it's ok, accident happen.
You're going to go in front of the mirror and set a timer: 5 minutes. For a minimum of 5 minutes you are going to let your bladder take over your mind. Let the feeling of desperation completely control your body and mind as your potty dance. You are not in control anymore, your bladder is. And you are pushing the boundaries to your bladder. I think 5 minutes is a good amount of time to really set your mind in to a desperate mode. It will make the accident all the more exciting when it finally happens.
Now as you start to run out of time on the timer, let yourself get more desperate. Watch yourself in the mirror - see how urgent it is! See yourself losing control. When the timer goes off, wet yourself. Watch it all happen in the mirror. You just wet your pants!

I wore a pair of trainers just to be safe. I nearly wet myself on accident a few times while trying to reach the point of desperation and leaked a little. I finally gave up and rushed to the bathroom, where I was definitely potty dancing to the timer, hoping those 5 minutes would go quickly. It was such a relief when the 5 were up. I wasn't even watching the timer and I think I started the second I heard it go off. Thanks for these hypno mommy!
