If you want, you can get a diaper ready to put on afterward. It's the holiday season - there's no need to stress or worry about anything. Let your bladder fill up so that it's full but not bursting. You don't need to be bursting today -you are going to wet your pants even though it's not an emergency.
Find a place where you can sit comfortably and sit in any position that feels nice to you. Make sure you can see your pants - you are going to watch yourself do this. When you feel ready, let out a nice deep sigh and release your bladder. Let go and let yourself wet your pants. Look down and watch how your pants are getting wetter and wetter. When you're ready, let out another sigh. Just let it all happen... and feel how it fills you with warmth.
