Love the covert/dark hypnosis files; an idea for one might be the narrator assuming the role of a ms. rachel-like persona talking the listener down into regression/using diapers because of course they are just a baby after all. etc. Somethin’ like that

For me it is always best when it’s shown as something inevitable, that you know we will do, and gently coaxing us to accept the inevitable truth,-answering your own question about it. “Is that how it is? Yes, of course that’s how it is.”. Messing especially helps when it’s gentle and inevitable and “there you go.”. And gently reminding us how we started thinking we were potty trained but that didn’t turn out to be true did it? No.
