This week, I want you to be risk raking. Wear your diaper under you clothes in public. Go somewhere where you will feel relaxed. This is up to you - maybe you would prefer to visit a nearby city, where no one knows you. Or maybe you prefer going somewhere very familiar, like your closest supermarket. You can choose where you will wet your diaper :)
Pick a place that feels relaxing to you. Then, spend some time in your diaper. Go ahead, wear your diaper there. Don't worry, no one has X Ray vision. No one sees what you're doing. No one has any idea that you're wearing a diaper.
Now, when you're ready and feel comfortable, start peeing.
Don't allow yourself to get scared or stop peeing. Wear the diaper, and know that you will wet it. Once you are ready to wet it, you are going all in. You will keep peeing in it until your bladder is empty.
Once you start peeing, let go mentally. Your bladder is not in your control right now, so just let go and enjoy the warm feeling. You are not in control of your bladder.
Remember: no one knows what you're doing. There is no puddle on the ground. It's a secret between you and me, that this week you're going to wet your diaper in public.
After that, stay as long as you want in your wet diaper. If you want to change right away, that's ok too. You can go the bathroom right away and change your clothes.
At the end of it all, feel proud of yourself :)

dottie is going to the book store tomorrow and is gonna pick up the latest weird school book and the most recent max meow cat crusader book — it will be fun to read the pages then blank out and pee myself like is how it is for me, once a diaper is on it gonna get pee in no matter what. This is my life forever and it’s good to be a good toddler and not stress my body out with holding it like adults do and not stress my brain out trying to think too much, thinking isn’t for people like me and tomorrow will be good just peeing and looking at the new max meow book while peeing it all out til feel better
