Cross your legs, hold your crotch and potty dance. Look right in the mirror and watch yourself as you do it. Potty dance like a little kid, and start whimpering when the urge gets strong.
As you start to wet yourself, keep potty dancing, keep whimpering, keep doing whatever you can to make you feel helpless up until your bladder is empty. Then look in the mirror a final time. You've just potty danced until wetting yourself.

tried my best to hold it, to see how long could do it for Hypno-Mommy. Stood in front of the mirror, wearing my Bravestarr shirt and my Cookie Monster boxers. tried my hardest to keep it together and not pee myself. but then the need to pee started and so crossed my legs and held my crotch like you say here and bit my lip and whimpered, didn’t last very long and the flood came. started whimpering “can’t — can’t do it — can’t make it” and peed a LOT all over my bathroom floor. this is why need diapers
