π 1. Download Python 3.10.11 π
Automatic1111 UI plays best with Python 3.10.11. Grab it from the official site:

π 2. Get Git
If you havenβt already, install Git from here:

Make sure itβs installed properly:
git βversion

The Step Running Automatic 1111 setup via launch.py (no UI, no pause) ... can take a while if you unsure what's going on then open the log file from time to time.
π¬ If you run into any issues, just send me a direct message and include your Automatic 1111_install.log so I can help out faster.
The Xformers installer is highly experimental. It needs to be put inside your stable-diffusion-webui folder before executed. Also replace your webu-user.bat file with the one you find below this post.
