Man, after the talk about sharing experiences and having to accept the impossibility of a perfect connection, I really wish Mike would review The End of Evangelion.

Love the conversation about AI. I think one way of putting Casen's point, in the sunset metaphor, is this: You may be experiencing that sunset in completely different ways, but by experiencing the exact same "source stimuli" or physical thing, you come away with more appreciation for how the same event can create completely different interpretations. "Wow, I felt happy when I saw that sunset, but you felt sad. What's going on there?" That can be a gateway to even more enriching experiences, and opening your mind to the fact that you may be stuck in your own way of thinking.
