We're bound to this idea // Platonic love
🕑 Added 2023-01-09 05:00:01 +0000 UTCWe're bound to this idea that our romantic relationships take priority over our platonic ones. Our lovers come first and our friends 2nd best. We section our love, giving it limits and just accepting this as 'the way it is'. There is pure beauty that lies within friendships. A shared connection, a love that lingers, a bond. Yet will never be celebrated with the same intensity nor do we believe this love will ever make us feel 'complete'.
So fall in love with your best friend, and dance with the idea this could be your soul mate, your other half. Your person you've been looking for.
