I find it fascinating...

This idea of ownership within a relationship absolutely baffles me. This may have been the way things were 100 years ago when women didn't even have the right to vote but here we are in the 2022 with more power at our hands than ever imagined and some still remain under the thumb of their significant other.
I see this alot, especially within naturism. When I speak with women who are interested in joining an event or exploring their bodies within a non-sexual setting, I often hear "I really want to but my partner would never let me". Or "my partner isn't comfortable with me being seen naked by anyone other than him".
It's just sad! Sad because this is a direct line to co-dependancy and I would know because I've been there.
Yes, nudity IS sexual! ....if you decide that it is. But nudity is also medicine. It's empowering, it teaches you that your body is YOUR OWN and no one else's. It teaches you that nudity is beyond the bedroom, beyond sex and desire. It reminds us that we are all born naked and from there, it's all your own thoughts.

It's one of my favourites of Anna and I. It was taken while I was teaching at a naked yoga retreat in Wisemans Ferry.
