Entering a new chapter & shaving my head 🪒 (sneak peak)
🕑 Added 2022-10-14 22:48:26 +0000 UTCI've been talking about entering this new chapter of mine for the past month or so and although I knew there a shift about to happen in my life, that things were about to change, it's as though I needed a dramatic physical change to make it happen.
Honestly, I've been thinking about shaving my head for awhile... it's been somethings that's been playing on my mind for a few years but I thought oh no, I could never do it. And one of the biggest reasons that held me back was what OTHER people will think. Crazy right?! But that's anxiety for you.
But the urge to feel breeze against my scalp was far too strong so I made a plan. I would shave my head the night before my flight to Malaysia, this way if I hated what I had done and regretted my decision no one would have to no. It would be my little secret.
But the moment I felt the vibration of the clippers against my scalp, I felt alive... I felt empowered!
Fuck yes to doing things that absolutely scare you, that other people don't approve of and stepping the fuck outside your comfort zone.
