Health Update

I just wanted to give you all a quick health update and to say sorry for the delay this month. Recently, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 hypertension and have been taking meds and some much-needed rest to recover and stabilize my health.
I truly appreciate your continued support and understanding during this time, it means the world to me. I'd like to ask to please give me 2 days to recover, and I’ll be back on my feet and creating content with full energy again.

I used to have suicidal tendencies and almost didn't make it back then, so yeah I understand how it feels to look back and be grateful that you made it... am glad to hear you are alive and good. Also it feels great to know I'm not alone in this. 💓

So yeah, I also have a lifelong illness and I hope that makes you feel better knowing you’re not alone in this. I take needles everyday of my life for as long as I live to stabilise my blood pressure.

Excited for what you have planned next Sarah, also about your health update, I also suffer with high and low blood pressure as I’m a type 1 diabetic. It can also be lethal if not treated properly and I don’t have my insulin, I would’ve been dead 8 years ago this month and I’m grateful I was able to treat it in time or else I wouldn’t have been here today, so we’re in this together, much love fam 🫶🏼❤️
