Sure you have the files in the same directory on your comp? The saves are kept in your browsers webstorage (which will be cleared if you clear browsing history, so be careful with that). If you change where you keep the files on your computer though, it will create a different domain for them.

Well I'm a fool for not making hard save copies, cause it seems the latest release, I cannot load a save, only a file. Is there a way to fix this or am I just out of luck and need to re-do the bulk of the game from the file?
