If it's still underpowered, could there be a motor upgrade in the future? For the record, I completely enjoyed this video, even though it's not car-related. It's the project itself and how you approach it that's interesting, and it's nice to see something that can be completed in a single video.
Maximum total lifetime charge is around 35% SoC for LFP lithium-ion cells. So if you only need 10% to mow your lawn, using it between 30 and 40% would be optimal.
Easy to take apart, everything is labelled, it's like Ryobi knew every customer would need easy access to the shitty lead acid batteries, eh?
