Hmm. Can you add some sort of bubbling vacuum tube, or those metal antenna with the climbing electric arc?
Aging Wheels
I used brass screws. Does that count?
Timothy Kepple
Add brass switches and buttons to your lovely box and have a steampunk spot-welder!
Gavin Rea-Davies
Aging wheels meets electro boom crossover?
Juhani Saarinen
Careful now, with the zippy zappies!
Thomas Eriksen
It's all in the box ;)
Allan Clipperton-Boyer
Ah. Damn rural interwebs!
Kirk Struik
You’re such a nerd, and I love you for it ;). This looks awesome.
Man, I should get better at wood working. With the box your microwave spot welder looks so nice. When I made a microwave stick welder, I just loosely screwed it to a piece of wood and it looked like a janky death trap.

Oh I have to switch then because tinker cad has its limits. Thank you for that info
Aging Wheels
It's free for non commercial users. Their website doesn't make that incredibly obvious. But yes, the paid version is like 500 a year.
Evan Hartmann
Isn’t fusion the one that costs like 500 a year or is there a discount I don’t know about that everyone uses?
Aging Wheels
I did. I used Fusion 360 to model and PrusaSlicer to slice
George Passantino
Yeah, I was waiting on the video to load, I'm in a rural area so videos load slow. I thought he was putting a roof on the cart. “¯\_(ツ)_/¯ “
Allan Clipperton-Boyer
he literally told you at the start - for spot welding the batteries for the go-cart.
Allan Clipperton-Boyer
This is a video I didn't know I needed.
George Passantino
Ah, LFP cells. Got it. If you need a cheap Chinese spot welder, I know a guy that has a spare who would gladly give it to you...
Bergdís Norðdahl
Amazing!!!
George Passantino
Spot welder for what?
Evan Hartmann
Did you make the design if so what software did you use to design and slice it?
