My Lawn Mower Annoys Me

Lowe’s sold a “hybrid” mower/atv. It was absolute garbage. I would love a robot mower though but they’re incredibly expensive for the amount of land they’ll cover. Quite frankly it could just low a little every day and I’d be happy.

Waltzing indeed! Did you have some nice 3/4 time signature music for it to waltz to? :) I only wondered, as you seemed really quite surprised by it being there. In the UK, the vast majority of spiders are essentially harmless, so I'd only ever evict them rather than squishing them.

Brown recluses are indeed exceedingly common here. Nasty little buggers. The one that distracted me in the video was just a wolf spider though. It was enormous and brazenly waltzing across the shop

Venomous. if it were poisonous you'd have to eat it to die and thats much worse in my opinion.

I feel the need to ask about the spider. Do you have nasty ones where you live? Need to kill them when you spot them? What was the one that distracted you?

I was more bored with the fact that your lawnmower sucks than I probably should have. Also got angry-ish at you cutting dry grass.

Super duty? The marketing is strong with this. Doesn't look a patch on the old Ferris/Scag machines I used to maintain.

As a Brit with a tiny lawn I've always been jealous of these big lawn mowers but now I'm reconsidering. I think you should just tow some gang cylinder mowers behind the Trabant or Reliant, sounds like much more fun.

I think you can get fluids designed for this purpose. When my buddy bought his tractor they just called it "beat juice." I'm not sure if it is literally beat juice or if that is some sort of trade name.

The other problem with a tractor style lawn mower is that you don't feel like riding a tank, and I believe the tank steering really adds a lot to the lawn mowing experience.

I have the same mower but with the Kohler. The oil drain is on the other side, but it still sucks. I have to remove the cover and the starter in order to reach the drain bolt. Oil always gets everywhere and I just have to hose it all down. Never had an issue with the drive belts though.
