Rumble is pretty broken on my phone. Can you switch back to youtube? I couldn't get through the video without it freezing and restarting anytime I had to tab out.

Not feeling the rumble upload dude. The unlisted youtube allows you to still listen without my phone on the video versus rumble I have to keep the app or browser open… :/

I dont like rumble and i pay for yt ti avoid ads so if that is where you continue to upload then ill have to cancel this with in the first 20 seconds rumbles gave me 2 ads i pay for youtube to avoid that

I think it is weird how triggered people got by it being uploaded to Rumble. You literally said that you were having trouble uploading it to YouTube and just wanted to get the video out. Then a vocal minority show up here and act like you uploaded it to Grindr and you forced them to make a profile to see it.

I was having trouble with YouTube and I was going to try vimeo but I think you have to pay to upload videos on there. So I just figured I’d try rumble because it’s probably the second biggest platform for uploading videos. But I’m still working on getting it up on YouTube because.

Oh my god. I 100% understand why Rogen moved on from Redban. The defensiveness is unbearable. Sounds like such a bitch when he gets like that. He’s funny in a lot of situations, but holy fuck I can’t even believe how much that got under my skin.

You totally nailed it. I had a front row seat to this and thought Redban was on his way to becoming a mogul. Not only would he have a podcast network, he had a clear route to building a business management and production companies. He had a good percentage of the highest grossing comics asking him for help, not only with their podcasts, but with their websites, which would have clearly on ramped into their social medias in the mid 2010s. It bums me out when people become their own worst enemy. His mild self defeatist attitude cost him millions.

Great vid, I loved this deep dive into Death Squad lore. A good related topic might be the old Joe Rogan forums. I believe Redban was the admin. Does anybody remember that site? It went private in like 2011 or maybe earlier. You had to request access. I remember requesting access in 2013 and I never got it. Joe used to post regularly there. I’ve heard there was some pretty crazy shit on there, but details are hard to come by.

You obviously put a lot of time and effort into make these videos so I don’t want to suggest anything that requires more work, but it probably would have been beneficial to figure out why YouTube isn’t uploading and correct the issue/keep trying it.

Good to hear. I haven’t used Rumble much so I’m not too familiar with it. I see they have their app on Roku which is how I usually watch videos so that’s good.

I was having trouble uploading the video to YouTube, it kept getting blocked so I put it on Rumble. But I will continue to upload them to YouTube in the future. A lot of people are having trouble watching it so I’ll keep trying to mess with it and try to get it to work on YouTube.
