I’ve had similar experience with Airbnb. Yeah definitely he should not have booked a house and usually if you want to tidy up a bit but holy shit what’s the point of paying a cleaning fee and yet you still have to clean. I had an Airbnb request we wash their towels and everything before so your last day on vacation everybody’s just focused on cleaning up that’s why I just stick to host hotels now and leave a tip for the cleaning crew
