2lazy should make a video on them those guys were wild. I looked it up and Eric Weinstein has a phd in mathematical physics from Harvard (I was so shocked by this truly he seems like a crackpot). I will say mathematical and experimental physics are extremely different and almost unrelated fields. He’s the prime example of someone who is very gifted in a niche field and thinks that gives him the credibility to speak as an intellectual on anything.
