sketches 👻 + a bit of talk
🕑 Added 2021-08-11 19:06:41 +0000 UTChey there, hope you're doing fine! I'm still not where I was before the vaccine health-wise, and I think my body just needs some extra weeks to deal with it. I'm overall feeling better though, just pretty tired and my dizzy spells are more prominent currently. But I'm optimistic that it's getting better now 🌺 and I hope I can make visible progress with the pages soon again.
Speaking of, I'm typing this from my dying laptop..... it started to make clicking noises a few days ago, blue-screened, and crashes without any blue screens, just all the good things (not). So after another crash last night (right after I saved the sketches above) I ordered a new laptop and I hope it will arrive tomorrow so I won't have to go without one too long! I will probably send this one in for repairing, but I'm pretty much over technical issues and repair services because last year I had so many problems with laptops already (newly bought ones had broken hard-drives 2 times). I luckily made it a habit to back-up my files once a week and I already did a back-up of everything earlier, so now I'm just waiting for the new one to arrive. please cross your fingers for me that it works 🐌
also, the sketches above are drafts for maybe prints in the near future! it's about time I make some new illustrations, and my goal is to have a page buffer so I can also take some more time for drawings like that 🖤

i felt you with the laptop issue… my trusty old acer that’s been with me since high school is breaking down just in time for me to start my second year of uni, haha. i ended up buying a new laptop and its doing much better, but i’m still paranoid about the speed and battery life. technology is just—ugh

I’m sorry you’re still down-and-out from dose #2!! Hopefully you’ll be creeping back to health now ❤️ And laptop issues are the wooooorst, I swear. Glad you got ahead and got yourself something new before if became dire 😅 I never do that and then I panic hahaha… Sending good vibes as you continue to work on health!
