Neither of them have any major super powers. Electra is a master of martial arts and Harley Quinn is a trained gymnast. Both are in peak physical condition. Electra has been known to have low-level psychic abilities, able to mesmerize people and make them see illusions, but Harley is a trained psychiatrist who has spent years under the Joker’s manipulation, so I don’t see Electra’s mind tricks working for too long, compared to the way the Joker’s fucked with Harley's head. Harley is also immune to most toxins and poisons, and she isn’t above using the Joker Venom on her opponents, though she also has the antidote available.
