Awww, it is a nice feeling.

One of the things i love about hypnosis is when it silences my mind totally and it's a very calming and stress relieving to a very busy mind that isn't often at peace. I remember the first time i experienced my mind getting quieter in trance i don't really know how to describe it other than surreal, and a little strange, and it was like my mind didn't know what to do with it. Yeah, it's awesome and it is sheer bliss. And when i am dead still and cannot move it's even more blissful and it's so incredibly relaxing. I was looking at the new spiral, slowed it and the words down the only thought was of the pretty colours and that soon faded away with my mind as i couldn't keep my eyes open for long. Where did the time go ? Awesome, and in awe of your incredible skill Sir. Thank you so very much for a peaceful, calm and a silent mind. Love that feeling. ❤️

A lovely file. Sometimes when being asked to imagine something vague, it troubles me because there are so many possibilities to imagine and I can't settle on one. And I did that at first, but then I kind of forgot I was supposed to be imagining a task and just got lost in your voice.
