I've never had any issues so far, like I said, I don't move in my sleep, mostly because I have to sleep on a wedge pillow for the GERD.
There are nice headband earphones that work well for sleeping.
I look forward to listening to this tonight. I don't usually bother taking of my headphones or in my case earbuds, since I don't move in my sleep.
