Yes...i know that, and for the most part it was ... it's just me finding this time of year emotionally challenging. it didn't help that i had a really bad day previously. And believe me when i say my mind was in a far worse place before finding you. And it does bring me much comfort I'm just so sorry and feel bad that I'm not much of a subject...and i know, I've heard it many times. "Practice makes perfect" ❤️

Personally this was a file of two halves the emotional part and one of quieter calmness. Oh yes... I have been searching for something all my life..and i know what it is, and when i think I've turned the corner, I'm lost again...and it continues... So i got a little teary listening about incompleteness...but that happens at this time of year a reminder that another year passes with a feeling of unfulfillment but that's also a part of living with chronic depression 😢 It's no different, same feelings with hypnosis, at the turn of year it will be five years since i found Nimja hypnosis... enough said there only it's not just mentally. Someone once said if the wrong piece is forced into a puzzle it will always be incomplete. But hearing all your words about emptiness and nothingness brought a beautiful calmess and peace resonating through my mind. It's a feeling that almost defies description. Hypnosis, trance can cut through my emotions and send them somewhere else for a while where i don't feel so lost or emotional for which i am eternally grateful. Thank you Sir. ❤️
