This file is probably all i can cope with just now. Everything is such an effort atm. My body is struggling just as much as my mind, having contracted a virus and it's been a tough week with already depleted energy levels draining away even further. Not that i had much to start with. However i have listened to this quite a few times, but my mind is a little foggy can't remember much but i didn't really want to, just wanting to listen to your soothing voice... dealing with thoughts can be very exhausting at the best of times. It's a wonderful thing when you take them away for a little while :) Thank you Sir ❤️
