I liked the concept of this file. I have honed avoidance to perfection. I am passive and dislike confrontation and that extends to addressing what troubles my mind past and present that i can't let go of. So i look at my "boxes" The tiniest was my happy memories box... Next was a pretty box decorated with a blue bow... that's my hypnosis box, my happy place where i escape to. It has nice memories in it :) The last one is big, dark, chained and padlocked. That where everything else is kept, unhappy memories from my formative years up to the present. Divided into neat little sections like boxes inside boxes . So i find the key and remove the chains and removed the lid. But it holds a lot of uncomfortable stuff. I didn't know where to start. So i left them for a while a little overwhelmed, sad but not agitated because my mind had been put in a nice calm state. But i will come back to this another day because i didn't put the padlock back on. :) It something i will have to do a piece at a time... it's not easy :) You mentioned being wiser... Wisdom bypassed my mind many moons ago :) It's a really nice file and a very unique way of helping the mind find some space it needs for other things...nicer things :) As with all your work, done with such care. Thank you Sir. ❤️
