I have been listening to a lot of gentle files lately and can't believe i missed this one, especially as it has 'paced guidance ' in the description. Slowing my mind down to a crawl isn't easy but for Sir it's effortless as in this file 'drop' has the same effect as 'wave' does :) I've lost count how many times I have listened to this file over the last few days, this felt similar to a 'drug' file only i didn't want to wake up... The paced guidance 'sighs' is intoxicating and both soothing comforting. Just lovely... Thank you Sir. ❤️
