I like quiet and calm where it's so still that the silence feels quite eerie, mesmerising to a mind that is too busy but not scary in any way... And that is how this file made me feel... eerily quiet and rested ...and that helped me to focus. Personally, i think there's something comforting in whispered words :) Made me feel all daydreamy about hypnosis after the file ended.
