Sighs deeply, this file is just heavenly. As much as i love being put into a nice trance, the tension i have in my mind and body in the outside world can follow me on occasions when listening to gentle or erotic hypnosis. I am aware that at times my hands are clenched or holding a corner of a pillow and my neck stiff along with the rest of me. I am always telling myself to stop doing that ...but i suppose it stems from never being afforded the luxury of relaxation and it's also habit... didn't really know what relaxation was or felt like until i started to listen to Sir. However, i love progressive relaxation, it helps immensely to relieve tension in my mind and body. I am well aware that breathing exercises are calming and lower heart rate and bp...but i forget to do either them, as in most things it's down to memory deficit. I'm not sure what i will use this with, it would be one of many i would like to do, curious about or something as new from my early days. Long term memory isn't as much of an issue for me :) This Sir, this is just wonderful, and a superlative piece of skill. Thank you so much Sir. ❤️
