There's nothing quite as refreshing as breathing in the salty, blowy fresh air by the coast. And building a sandcastle in my mind felt really nice to focus on.. It's also beautifully calming in my mind sitting on the golden sand watching the tide roll in and gently wash my thoughts away as the sandcastle crumbled into the ebbing tide. It's a wonderful, peaceful feeling, hearing no thoughts in my mind. I want some more space for nice thoughts, for something else to focus on So i am practicing and enjoying some beautiful files today that focus on emptiness and being mindless, it's like a craving like no other for a busy mind... Quiet Your Mind is next for me. The more quiet i feel the more i want. :) Beautiful, imaginative file . Thank you Sir. ❤️
